Throughout its existence, Smart Ray Consulting has been conducting and accumulating a wealth of experience in training entrepreneurs and municipal employees in Bulgaria and other countries.

For businesses, training is conducted in the areas of business planning, strategic planning, leadership development, project management, personnel management, operational efficiency, marketing, quality management, and implementation and maintenance of management systems according to ISO standards.

For municipal councilors and employees, training is provided in planning, municipal strategies, various aspects and issues of local governance, project management, sustainable urban mobility, and implementation and maintenance of management systems according to ISO standards.

In its practice, Smart Ray Consulting employs group and individual, in-person, and remote training. In 2020, the company conducted two 200-hour trainings on "Computer Skills" that included knowledge on starting a business for unemployed youth. The first training was conducted in person, but due to the COVID pandemic, the second training was conducted remotely. For this purpose, Smart Ray Consulting created instructional videos, tests, and questionnaires to assess knowledge.
